Apple and Samsung are trying together to find a way to end all their disputes and they are starting to succeed. The companies have decided to jointly withdraw the lawsuits and thus end their disputes outside the US, thanks to which lawyers and judges in Australia, Germany, Japan and many other countries of the world can breathe a sigh of relief during the three-year patent war. Apple and Samsung have been sued in more than 30 countries around the world to date, with the last hearings being held only in the USA.
The USA is thus the last country in the world where a pair of technological giants will still be suing each other until the pair reaches a joint solution to the problem between them. At the same time, the USA is a country where Apple filed a new lawsuit against Samsung over five patented features that are already in the system itself Android and not only on Samsung devices. Likewise, a famous dispute was approved in the US earlier, during which the court declared that Samsung was guilty and must pay approximately one billion dollars in compensation.
