note3_iconAccording to experts, a big step in the technology industry will happen next year at the International Consumer Electronics Show (ICES) in Las Vegas, where Samsung will reveal to the public a prototype of a flexible OLED TV. Every year, companies with stunning devices that set trends and create a "wow" effect for users from all over the world come to the exhibition.

The Korean tech giant attracted a lot of attention with its 55-inch OLED TV prototype last year, with an improved flexible version expected to come next. Samsung is planning to show the appearance of a flexible oval OLED TV at the exhibition, where we have to point out that it will be really huge in terms of screen size. The basic concept of the expected OLED television is the ability to remotely adjust the angle of the screen, which is clearly useful to the average viewer in practice. Classic curved televisions are static and the viewing angle cannot yet be changed.

Flexibility will be ensured by the movable plastic material and the back panel allowing the deformation of the screen. Everything is done with the help of a remote control from the comfort of your sofa. A necessary element of mobile television is also specially created software that prevents blurring of images when bending the screen.

Samsung has not yet officially confirmed the presentation of the new OLED TV. However, there is a high probability that Samsung will present the expected product, as LG is also preparing flexible TVs and plans to show them at ICES 2014.
