One of the most interesting conjectures regarding Galaxy The S5 revolved around changing the already established plastic construction of the phone to a metal one. Rumors were that Samsung chose the Taiwanese company Catcher, which was one of the main candidates to get a metal casing, and now some Taiwanese media have reported that the possibility of a metal construction Galaxy S5 is very likely.

According to the report, Catcher will reportedly start supplying Samsung this December/December, around 20 million parts, while the Chinese company BYD and another Taiwanese company Ju Teng gets the contract for the remaining parts. But due to Samsung's penchant for making plastic devices (mainly because they are light), it is impossible to confirm this 100%, although such reports make it more and more likely.
