Recently, Samsung often releases "Lite" versions of already released devices, and now this version does not seem to miss the new one either Galaxy Tab 3. There are none yet informace regarding the specifications of the Lite version of the tablet, but it is likely to be priced around €100, making it the cheapest tablet Samsung has ever released. This would confirm the fact that Samsung is starting to focus on low-end devices and especially tablets, because Galaxy Tab 3 Lite and Galaxy Grand Lite could be classified as low-end and could be a big threat to Chinese manufacturers of cheap but relatively powerful devices.
Samsung will probably release the WiFi version in creamy white in the second week of January, a week later we should see the 3G version and after that the "ebony black" color variant. Considering the planned 3G version, it can be expected that this will be the highest class of low-end, but to be able to confirm this, we have to wait for detailed specifications from Samsung.
