Today, the well-known Korean portal ETNews published additional information regarding the future products of Samsung. Only a few hours after the discovery of the prototype of the SM-T905 tablet, the server received information that Samsung will introduce its second tablet with an AMOLED display within the next month. The display, which Samsung uses mainly for high-end products, should have a diagonal of 10,5 inches, and we do not yet know the resolution. Given that the information is coming now, it is not excluded that it could be the same product, the prototypes of which he sent to India for testing purposes.

According to the information received by this server, Samsung should present its new tablet in January/January next year. In that case, the most likely date appears to be the period from 7.1. until 10.1., when the annual CES 2014 fair will be held in Las Vegas. To date, the company has introduced only one tablet with an AMOLED display, namely Galaxy Tab 7.7 from 2011. However, the company sold ten times fewer units than expected, stopping selling it after only managing to sell 500 units. The weak interest was mainly caused by the production price of the displays, which also affected the price of the final product. This time, however, the company wants to be more aggressive and wants to use AMOLED displays for tablets with 000- and 8-inch displays. However, the company is aware of the price of AMOLED displays and that is why it has decided to use these displays only in high-end tablets, which it should be prototype discovered today.
