One of the expected variants of Samsung Galaxy The S5, model SM-G900F, was revealed using a published benchmark that appeared on the An Tu Tu benchmark database. By doing so, the programmers confirmed that it was an international variant Galaxy S5 device which probably doesn't reflect the final version yet. The prototype is constantly undergoing various changes and improvements, which makes it difficult to summarize the final hardware of the S5 model.

The current benchmark, compared to the older ones, surprises with an interesting change in terms of screen resolution. Instead of the last mentioned 2K resolution of 2650 × 1440, this time it is 1920 × 1080, while it is possible that the mentioned 2K display is not yet ready for use and Samsung is simply testing the remaining hardware at the standard 1080p resolution. Other specifications are the same as before. The device should run on a 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor, use 3GB of RAM and enjoy a 16MP rear camera and a 2MP front camera. The system will run on the latest Androidand 4.4 KitKat. The benchmark also revealed that the device contains 32GB of built-in storage, so it is a more expensive variant.
