According to ET News, Synaptics has once again been selected by Samsung as its touch control provider for two devices coming out this year, for Galaxy S5 to Galaxy Note 4. Synaptics has reportedly already taken some steps to improve features such as Air View and Air Gesture, making it possible to control the phone other than by directly touching the display, while this upgrade should allow control from a greater distance.
Synaptics has also improved the touch of the pen with the screen. The screen now also recognizes the touch of a pen, the tip of which is a narrow 2.5 pi. This will greatly improve the writing on the new versions of the series Galaxy Notes. The chip manufacturer has also taken care of a lower production price thanks to new technologies.
