Samsung has started shipping Android 4.4.2 KitKat pre Galaxy Note 3 already these days, but most recently there have been speculations about when the update for Samsung will be released Galaxy With III a Galaxy Note II. In the past, it was rumored that Samsung would update these devices by April/April at the latest, and as it turns out, that claim is true. Source for a foreign portal Android Geeks confirmed that Samsung plans to release KitKat for these devices only in late March/March.
The update should bring significant graphic changes to these devices as well, but it is very doubtful whether it will bring anything else besides them. These are older devices, so there is little chance that functions like those found on Galaxy With IV and Note 3.
