However, Samsung is already aware of this problem and has therefore published an official statement that mentions that users should primarily rely on Samsung accessories.
In its claim, Samsung states: "To ensure a pleasant user experience when using Samsung products, we recommend using only original accessories from Samsung. But customers can still rely on third-party manufacturers. However, the full functionality of accessories for our devices can only be ensured when using original components from Samsung, as this is the only way to ensure perfect compatibility of the accessories. Between Android 4.4 and incompatibility with third-party accessories has no connection.”
Samsung's claim is strange to say the least, as Samsung claims in it that its update has nothing to do with the issues mentioned. However, developers and customers are clear about this, as their complaints only started appearing after the system update to version 4.4.2, which Samsung released about 2 weeks ago. That is why it was necessary to create additional software to ensure the compatibility of Flipcovers with KitKat.
