Can last year's flagship take on a luxury design? Samsung just confirmed that it can. The South Korean company announced new versions today Galaxy S4 to Galaxy The S4 mini, which it refers to as the Black Edition. These versions differ from the standard versions by offering a new back cover that takes inspiration from Galaxy Note 3 and several other new devices. The novelties therefore offer a black leather cover, thanks to which these phones look more premium than in the past, when they were completely plastic.

Black edition Galaxy The S4 is based on the I-9505, so it offers a quad-core Snapdragon 600 and an Adreno 320 graphics chip. The S4 mini Black Edition is no different, offering a 4,3-inch display, a dual-core Snapdragon 400 and 8GB of storage. For now, these editions will only be available in Russia, where Samsung wants to charge the same amount for them as for the classic version, so it wants to sell the S4 Black Edition for $660 and the S4 mini Black Edition for $460. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm whether the special edition will be available here, but we could find out in the coming days.
