The patent war between Samsung Electronics and Apple she hasn't finished yet. The CEOs of the two companies met in the US last week to discuss the out-of-court settlement. But the meeting did not bring any result, as JK Shin and Tim Cook they could not agree on the terms.
The meeting was supposed to be kept secret, which a Samsung spokesperson confirmed in a way. He said he could not confirm whether the meeting took place or what its outcome was. Since the companies have not yet been able to reach an agreement, all that remains is to wait for the judgment of the court in San Jose.
