Samsung hasn't forgotten about people who prefer small displays, and that's why it's preparing a smaller phone for this year that should meet their expectations. The phone labeled SM-G310 should be the next device in the series Galaxy, but unlike most of today's mobile phones, it will offer "only" a 4-inch display. Samsung sent a shipment of 25 prototypes to India, which have a 3.97-inch display. Shortly after that, the product specifications appeared on Twitter, which sound quite convincing.

According to the user @abhijeetnaohate this phone should offer a 3.97-inch display with a resolution of 480 × 800 pixels. It means that the display will have a density of 235 ppi, so you have to count on visible pixels. The phone will also offer a dual-core Cortex A9 processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz and a VideoCore IV graphics chip. The size of RAM and storage are not known. Due to the mentioned specifications, however, it will be an entry-level device with high-end hardware Galaxy S III mini. The new phone will offer Android 4.4.2 KitKat and will be available in two versions – classic and Dual-SIM.

Writing on the page Zauba reveals that one specimen is worth around €193. This may mean that the phone will be sold for a price of up to €300. But the question remains what the phone will be called. Samsung has had the names registered in recent days Galaxy Core Prime, Galaxy Core Ultra a Galaxy Core Max. Considering the mentioned specifications, we think that they will concern the first named, entry-level device from the series Galaxy Core.
