A new lawsuit between Apple and Samsung has already managed to get around the world's media, and it hasn't bypassed us either. However, he did not bypass the experts either, and they noticed that something simply "stinks" in the new lawsuit. Little did they know that their assumption was not far from the truth. It looks like it is Apple is blackmailing Samsung, its main component supplier, in its own way, as it seeks $12,49 in a new lawsuit for infringing patent 5,946,647.

This is a patent for a function in which the system detects certain concepts and can assign certain functions to them, for example the ability to call a phone number or write a given date in the calendar. But the main problem is how much Apple is suing Samsung for infringing this patent. Apple namely, he wants Samsung to pay him $12.49 for every device sold that violates this patent. However, this amount is 20 times higher than the amount that Apple sued Motorola for infringement of the same patent. In a lawsuit Apple vs. Motorola had a patent for Apple worth only 60 cents for each device, which is practically 20x less than today.
