Apple sued Samsung in the past because the design of its tablets and phones was similar to that of the iPad and iPhone, but Samsung shows that its tablets don't have to look like a board with a button and a screen. Samsung has received a patent for the design of a tablet that people could attach using a hole in its body. This is a larger circular hole that could be found in the body of the device, which appears to have a 7-inch display. So if such a tablet existed and you wanted to carry it with you, you could attach it to your key ring, for example.

However, it must be emphasized here that Samsung is not the only one that came up with such a tablet. The Barnes and Noble Nook HD+ tablet, which has been sold since 2013, is already being sold abroad today. However, it should be noted here that Samsung applied for a patent at the end of June/June 2012, i.e. more than half a year prior to the announcement of Barnes & Noble's Nook HD tablet.
