Android according to the latest leaks, it is said to be preparing for an extensive redesign, which will mainly concern the application icons from Google. This was revealed by the portal AndroidPolice, who also provided images for the leak, which show how and on Android a new trend is coming - flat design, i.e. a flattened environment with icons.
New design Androidu, according to the portal, is called Moonshine, and its main characteristics are, in addition to the already mentioned flattening, long expressive shadows and a much higher contrast. The icons are partly similar to those we know from internet browsers, as they are also very often based on flat design. The portal also provided an image demonstrating the difference between some of the icons displayed on browsers and the icons currently used on Androidand the icons that will supposedly come with its update. Nevertheless, this is still only a rumor, which may not be and probably is not even 100% true, so it should be taken with a grain of salt.
