Prague, April 14, 2014 – Samsung, a leading manufacturer and award-winning innovator of consumer electronics and home appliances, is introducing its newest model series of televisions to the Czech market. Customers will be able to choose from the most modern curved and flat screen UHD TVs as well as the highest quality Full HD Smart TV.
Samsung UHD Curved Screen TVs
Samsung like the first in the world to introduce curved UHD TVs. It brings viewers a perfect and immersive viewing experience thanks to the amazing picture quality with UHD resolution, curved screen and a unique design that makes you feel as if the frame and stand have completely disappeared. In addition, the wider field of view creates a panoramic effect that makes the display appear even larger than it actually is. The flagship is a model 8500 series with a diagonal 65 inches. It will also be available 55 inch variant.
Samsung UHD Curved TVs support standard formats including HEVC, HDMI 2.0, MHL 3.0 and HDCP 2.2. Samsung TVs are ready for further technological development. The brain of the TV is stored externally in the so-called One Connect Box. It contains all the necessary connectors and is connected to the TV with only one cable.
Samsung UHD flat screen TVs
Model UHD TVs series 7500 with a flat screen, they offer detailed and unrivaled sharpness and high image quality. Thanks to the function of conversion to UHD resolution, which is equipped with all Samsung UHD TVs, the highest possible image quality can be obtained, regardless of the source material.
Patented technology Upcaling, which is part of both flat and curved UHD TVs, converts Full HD, HD and lower resolution sources to a resolution that almost completely achieves the sharpness of UHD resolution. UHD Dimming technology also helps optimize image quality by processing each image block, resulting in deeper blacks and higher contrast. Not to mention, the combination of ultra-slim frame and thin thickness of this UHD flat TV makes you feel like you only see the screen from the whole TV. The model line of UHD flat-screen TVs will be available on the Czech market with diagonal 48, 55, 65, 75 inches.
Samsung FHD TVs
Customers will also be able to choose from the latest models of Samsung Full HD curved and flat screen TVs. In addition, a number of new features and improvements await customers.
The new Samsung 2014 remote control combines motion gesture recognition with a new button console and is equipped with a touchpad, which will facilitate more accurate selection and faster control for customers who often use video content via the Internet.
The new controller also allows you to search for a website or video content via voice control, the so-called Voice Interaction function. Users can speak directly into the remote control to instantly access their favorite content. The design of the remote control has also been improved. From the traditional flat rectangular shape, Samsung switched to an elongated oval design, which fits much better and naturally in the hand. The circular touchpad, including the direction buttons, is located in the center of the remote control and is naturally reachable with the thumb.
