samsung-gear-2Samsung has received another trademark that has revealed a new addition to the Samsung Gear family. This time it's a trademark on the Samsung Gear Clock, and immediately after the reveal, speculation began to emerge as to what these names actually mean. The speculation is mainly helped by the fact that the sources have confirmed that the Samsung Gear Solo is supposed to be a separate version of the Gear 2 watch with a built-in USIM card.

But what do the other names mean? Samsung has also registered a trademark for the Samsung Gear Now alongside this device, which may mean that a special version of the Gear watch with the system Android Wear. It is precisely this one that contains the Google Now digital assistant, which could explain the name of the yet-to-be-presented watch. And finally, there's the Samsung Gear Clock. Due to the name, there was immediate speculation that this would be another edition of the watch, this time with a luxurious design and a circular dial. In that case, it would probably be another device with the system Android Wear, as this system supports circular touchscreens.
