samsung-glassOn the one hand, wearable technology is good, on the other hand, it causes a lot of controversy regarding privacy. Paradoxically, Google Glass has become the target of two attacks, because the presence of a camera and video camera causes people to worry about their privacy. In the first case, there was no physical attack, but people kicked out the owner of the glasses who was recording a video with them in a bar. The owner confirmed that she was recording everything and uploaded the video to YouTube.

However, the second case is a bit worse. 20-year-old journalist Kyle Russell from San Francisco had his Google Glass on while waiting for the train. Here he was noticed by an unknown woman who screamed "Glass!", she started running with them and subsequently threw them on the ground. As the editor later confirmed, his $1500 smart glasses were rendered inoperable after the attack, as they did not respond to touch or voice. As he later found out, many San Francisco residents don't love Google, because a large number of people who work in the company have started moving to the city, so conversations about Google are practically the order of the day, whether outside or on public transport. There were even protests against Google in the city, as a large number of young millionaires began to move into the city, displacing long-term residents of the city. People who use Google Glass the way they shouldn't have even gotten a nickname "Glasshole".
