But with the release date approaching, we are getting new information that directly indicates that Samsung is already finalizing work on its products and will actually release them in June/June. According to new information, the new tablets should be called Samsung GALAXY Tab S.
GALAXY Unlike the other models, the Tab S will only be available in two size versions. Specifically, it will be a version with an 8.4-inch and a version with a 10.5-inch AMOLED display. Although the tablets will offer a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels, this time they will be the very first devices in the world with an AMOLED display with such a resolution. AMOLED technology is a revolutionary and suitable choice, as the technology has low energy consumption and at the same time provides high image quality, which is also evidenced by Samsung Galaxy S5 and many other products that Samsung has released in the past. From a historical point of view, this is the second tablet with an AMOLED display from Samsung. The first was released in 2011 and was unlabeled Galaxy Tab 7.7, but at the time it was more of a technology demo than a mass-produced product.
