Samsung S ConsoleSamsung has practically paid little attention to its S Console service until now. The service itself was practically something we couldn't actually open until now, but it only served as an add-on for games that support Samsung's game controllers. But now it seems that Samsung has started taking the S Console seriously and has bigger plans for it. We can't say that he's planning his own game console, but it looks like he wants to launch a gaming service similar to the likes of Google Play Games, iOS Game Center, Xbox Live or PSN.

In recent days, Samsung has started applying for a trademark in many countries around the world and has already managed to get trademarks in South Korea, Great Britain and the USA. Surprisingly, these trademarks do not only contain the name, as Samsung is used to with its phones, but the official documents also contain the logo of the entire service. That is why we can already rule out that Samsung would register a trademark for the interface that is used to launch mobile games with the support of its game controllers. It is very likely that Samsung is working on a gaming service that could be introduced alongside a key device such as Galaxy Footnote 4.
