Android VirusA well-known virus that fines you $300 for watching illegal content has already targeted Android. The virus has become famous on computers that when you open or close the browser, a "police department" page will open, accusing you of watching and distributing illegal pornography, it can also reach devices with the latest operating system Android and you may come across it if you are not careful while surfing the Internet. A more optimistic report is that the virus is only found on the Internet and not in the Google Play store.

Experienced users will recognize that it is a virus at first glance. While the bogus police site will show you your IP address, on the other hand it lets you negotiate with the police by paying them $300 using PaySafeCard or uKash. A virus that bears the name Android-Trojan.Koler, is based on a well-known computer virus and thus tries to adapt to the country of the attacked user. If you happen to come across it from the Czech Republic, in the header of the website you will find, in addition to the police logo, a photo of President Miloš Zeman. If in the USA, then Barack Obama is pointing the finger at you for a change.

Experts have figured out that the threat opens a web page and prevents users from accessing the home screen and application menu. Although the user can press the Home button to return to the home screen, after five seconds the warning window fills the screen again. The virus was designed so that the warning window has top priority over other applications. Currently, there is only one way to protect yourself from the virus. They are spread through websites that require users to install a special video player, obviously an APK file. If you want to protect your phone from threats, do not install content from the Internet under any circumstances. An alternative solution is to put the phone in safe mode and uninstall the app that way.
