galaxy s5 activeIt seems that the introduction of Samsung Galaxy S5 Active is around the corner. The company has already managed to launch a technical support website for devices with the model number SM-G850F, which should belong to a more durable variant Galaxy S5. The model designation is different from what we have seen so far, but this is most likely due to the fact that the SM-G870A model is intended exclusively for the US operator AT&T. The model for the Sprint operator has the designation SM-G860P for a change, so it is clear that the SM-G850 is nothing more than the international version of the phone.

The phone will probably be distinguished by an IP58 certificate, thanks to which the phone can last half an hour at a depth of 1,5 meters. For comparison Galaxy The S5 is IP67 certified and can last half an hour at a depth of 0,5 meters. The phone's dust resistance should also be increased. As we revealed in an article a few hours ago, Samsung Galaxy The S5 Active will offer practically the same hardware as Galaxy S5. A support page is available on Samsung's official website for Sweden, Finland and Norway, so it's possible that Samsung will launch the phone in the coming days or weeks.
