Samsung's plans to expand its own sophisticated Samsung KNOX security system among governments around the world are gradually coming to fruition. This morning, the Parliament of Great Britain approved the use of some smartphones with the built-in Samsung KNOX security system by members of the government, including during working hours. Devices that have been declared eligible to use Samsung KNOX include the Samsung phablet Galaxy Note 3, a Samsung smartphone released the year before Galaxy S III, his successor Galaxy S4 and also the latest smartphone from this series – Samsung Galaxy S5.

The list of devices should be expanded in the near future by several unspecified tablets, along with the release of the KNOX 2.0 version, which has a new user interface, better support for individual devices and support for applications installed from Google Play. At the same time, the new version will be adapted to the fingerprint recognition function, but it is currently only available on Galaxy S5.
