It was only recently that rumors began to spread that Samsung is planning to introduce a new smartwatch with a lot of functions, including calling, messaging, using GPS, using the camera, all without the need to pair the device with a smartphone via Bluetooth. Now, a device from the Samsung workshop, partially reminiscent of the Motorola Moto 360 smartwatch, has appeared at the US patent office, and it is quite possible that it could be the recently rumored smartwatch.

According to the mentioned patents, the device could have gesture control, but a lot can change before the official release. In any case, according to the documented patent, the watch must be paired with a smartphone or tablet in order to connect to the Internet, as a separate mobile connection will probably not work for them. However, this differs from the previously mentioned device, where all the features work without the need for pairing, so it is not entirely certain whether it is the same device.
