Samsung today started selling another derivative of the S5, namely Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. But the team is not closing the circle and apparently we can still expect a few more models that will fall into this series. Among others, it also includes Samsung Galaxy S5 mini, a smaller variant of the phone also known as the SM-G800. The phone hasn't gone on sale yet, but now we can see the first photos on the Internet that show us how the upcoming smaller Galaxy S5 mini look.
We can see in the photos that the design of the device is practically identical to the standard version, so the bell differs only in dimensions. But we can see bigger differences inside the phone, where we see a few extra things after opening the back cover. The phone has a 4.5-inch display with HD resolution and, according to the information, it contains a hitherto unpresented Exynos 3470 processor with a clock speed of 1.4 GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM, an 8-megapixel rear camera, a 2.1-megapixel front camera and also 16 GB of storage with the possibility of expansion using a microSD card. Surprisingly, the photos also confirm that Samsung Galaxy The S5 mini will have a heart rate sensor and a fingerprint sensor. The phone should be waterproof according to official information, which is also indicated by the sealing layer in the inner part of the cover. However, we do not see the cover for the USB port in the photo, so it is obvious that this is a pre-production model.
