The international version of the phone has only 1 GB of RAM available, which is why the system worked, but because of the TouchWiz superstructure, not all applications worked reliably and the vast majority of them allegedly crashed. However, Samsung already has a solution for those who want to Galaxy S3 and yet they want KitKat.
The solution is an upgraded Samsung model Galaxy S3 Neo (GT-I9301I), which differs from the original model only in hardware. The phone has a quad-core processor clocked at 1.4 GHz, but the RAM capacity has increased from 1 GB to 1,5 GB. Even now, the phone doesn't support LTE networks, only 3G networks, so it's literally just a hardware update and a name change in this regard. The phone will go on sale only in Germany, but in that case it is possible that it will also arrive in other European countries.
