Another new feature at I/O 2014 is the feature Android Car. This is a user experience for the car, which aims to reduce the number of accidents on the road, which is also caused by using the phone behind the wheel. But Google has a similar solution that he presented Apple last year and presents the service Android A car that allows users to simply and safely listen to music from their phone, make phone calls, send SMS and interact with Internet services such as maps.
The basis of the interface is Google Now voice control, which is used to control music, control Google Maps navigation or respond to messages. The advantage in this regard is that, unlike competing platforms, Google Now has been perfectly fluent in the Czech and Slovak languages for a long time, so it is possible that we will be able to use the platform without problems in our case as well. The technology is already available at the end of the year to 43 manufacturers within the Open Automotive Alliance, which includes Škoda, among others.
