Just yesterday, there was a report that Samsung plans to abandon the development of its KNOX security system and hand it over to Google. Allegedly, this is supposed to happen for a simple reason: Samsung KNOX only has a two percent share of the security systems market, which is said to be far below the company's original assumptions. However, it was not yet clear what was true about this statement, fortunately Samsung itself noticed the circulating rumor and responded to it quite clearly.
According to a report issued by the South Korean giant, Samsung will continue to develop the KNOX mobile security system for a long time and has no plans to hand it over to another company. Samsung KNOX, as Samsung claims, is and will continue to be the best security system on the platform Android and Samsung, along with its partners, will continue to work on improving it. Furthermore, Samsung reminded that its system also celebrates various successes, for example, in the past months it was approved by the governments of several countries as a security system that is recommended and the safest for government employees and their mobile devices, as well as a number of companies and agencies, by the way. Samsung KNOX and the KNOX EMM and KNOX Marketplace services will therefore not disappear from the world and will always remain under the wings of the South Korean manufacturer.
