And since it's not exactly a long time, there may be questions about whether a system update will be necessary to install Cortana, which Microsoft certainly does not skimp on. And for all those who care, a Twitter user with the nickname 'sM4llziE' asked Microsoft and got an answer as well.
According to the ThatMicrosoftGuy account, run by a Microsoft employee and apparently someone who is not far from Cortana development, no update will be needed. It is said that Cortana will simply start working the moment Microsoft releases it in the selected region, i.e. without lengthy installations, updates, etc. Users Windows 8 residents of Great Britain should therefore regularly go through the "Search" option, where virtual assistant from Microsoft appear over time. It is not yet certain when Cortana will be available in the Czech Republic/SR, in any case, we will inform you about the situation.
