Samsung Galaxy Tab SA few days after reports appeared that some pieces Galaxy Tab S have problems with overheating and deformation of the back cover, Samsung has provided an official statement on the problem. Samsung says it is aware of the problem and says it only affects a small number of tablets produced. A problem that affects the 8.4-inch version Galaxy Tab S, however, is not to blame for overheating, as reported by owners of damaged devices.

Instead, the problems are caused by poorly made rear covers, which are more prone to damage than others. The owner of the tablet from Russia initially stated in his statement that the tablet got very hot while playing a 3D game and this may have caused the back cover to bend. Finally, Samsung advises users of defective tablets to contact the nearest Samsung service center, where the technicians will deal with replacing the defective cover with a new one.
