It is not entirely known when or if the Samsung Gear Solo with SIM card support will go on sale at all, but Samsung is already preparing another watch called the Samsung Gear S. Not much is known about this model of the Gear watch and we are only learning about it thanks to the fact that Samsung has obtained a trademark in the USA for the mentioned name. In addition to the name, this also includes the definition of the product, which is quite broad, but does not seem to reveal any key information about the product.
However, it is not excluded that this is a new name for the aforementioned watch with a SIM card. On the other hand, it is possible that this will be the name for the third generation of the Gear watch, which Samsung should present alongside Galaxy Note 4 at IFA 2014, which takes place at the turn of August/August and September/September. VR glasses should also be presented at the same event Samsung Gear VR, which will support several applications available for Samsung Galaxy Footnote 4.
