Samsung Wallet smartphone designSamsung, like other companies, acquires a lot of patents, and many of them relate to the design of products that the company is working on or has at least begun to experiment with. In recent weeks, these patents have been about devices with bent and flexible displays, and today we have the opportunity to see a patent for the design of an entirely new device that can be bent. The patent for the new product looks interesting, but it is already clear from the patent that such a product will be on sale at the end of next year or in 2016 at the earliest.

Looking at the device, we wouldn't be at all surprised if Samsung named it Galaxy Wallet if he made one. The shape of the device resembles a wallet, especially when it can be closed exactly like a wallet. Unlike a typical wallet, this one contains a cover made of an unknown material on the outside and a touch screen on the inside for a change, which turns off by itself when the device is closed. However, it is interesting that according to the patent, the product can be closed in two directions without damaging the display. But what would be the significance of such a device? In its patent, Samsung describes that due to the fact that the device is flexible and at the same time rigid, it would be possible to bend it into the shape of the letter A and, when placed on a table, it could act as an alarm clock or a calendar.
