Galaxy Tab 4 NookAfter several failed attempts at making their own tablet, Barnes & Noble approached Samsung about helping them develop a new device designed exclusively for avid readers. Even so, one could describe the beginning of the story of the latest tablet from the workshop of Samsung and Barnes & Noble, which bears the name Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook. As already mentioned, the new seven-inch device is intended primarily for book readers, as it offers a combination of the functions of a classic tablet and e-reader along with specialties in the form of exclusive applications from Barnes & Noble.

Since the tablet is primarily intended for reading books and magazines, Samsung decided not to install any super powerful hardware in it, so Samsung is able to Galaxy The Tab 4 Nook can be classified as a low-end device, according to known specifications, it has a 7″ display with a resolution of 1280×800 and a pixel density of 216ppi and a quad-core processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz.

However, the majority of potential interested parties are definitely more interested in the price than the specifications, which was calculated by the companies at exactly 179 dollars, which is converted to about 3600 CZK or 129 Euros, but the exact price for the Czech Republic/SR can and probably will be different in the final. Galaxy The Tab 3 Nook is thus $40 more expensive compared to its competitor Kindle Fire HD from Amazon, but unlike it, the product from Samsung and Barnes & Noble has an operating system Android and thus also the Google Play store, which can be fully used. In contrast, the Amazon Kindle Fire HD only has the Amazon Appstore with a much smaller selection. All Samsung owners Galaxy The Tab 4, which should arrive in stores every week, will then receive free reading from Barnes & Noble to their new device worth 200 dollars (4 CZK, about 000 Euros).
