Samsung knows very well that we have to charge more and more devices every night and therefore decided to solve this problem in a unique way. The company has just introduced a new USB multi-charging cable, with the help of which it is possible to charge up to three devices at the same time using a single cable and a single charger. The cable contains a hub from which three micro-USB cables come out, which can be used to charge phones, smart watches, wireless headphones and many other things.
The cable is capable of transmitting a maximum of 2 A of electricity. With three devices connected, this then means that each of them will receive approximately 0,667 amps, which ultimately means that when a user chooses to charge three devices at once, charging will be slower than if they were charging just one device. On the other hand, since many people only charge their phones at night these days, slower charging shouldn't be a big problem. Samsung has not yet announced when the cable will go on sale, but it says it will happen soon. Samsung priced the cable at $40.
