Windows Phone 8 logoWe have known for some time that Microsoft plans to unify its systems. Moreover, it should happen already with the performance Windows 9, which is supposed to unify the cores of current systems from Microsoft, thanks to which the systems will differ only in the availability of the desktop or Metro. This change should also be beneficial for the platform Windows Phone, which in the future could be enriched with support for full-fledged multitasking, thanks to which users will be able to have two applications running on the screen of their smartphone at the same time.

This will understandably be most important for phones with a larger screen, among which the Nokia Lumia 1520 clearly belongs. The giant with a 6-inch display will thus be the first device that is already on sale and that really takes advantage of the possibility of having two applications running at the same time. But don't forget about other smartphone manufacturers with Windows Phones, including Samsung. And Samsung could be one of the first manufacturers to introduce a new ATIV phone with a screen large enough to allow multitasking without problems. It would be enough for the rich if Samsung borrowed a model Galaxy Note and simply renamed it to, for example, ATIV Note and the new phablet s Windows Phone is in the world. Of course, this can happen peacefully only next year, since Windows 9 will not be presented until the end of September and will probably not reach the market until mid-2015.
