Cue and Cue AppBefore each medical examination, doctors will perform various tests to find out how your body is doing. Today we will talk about a device that will replace your doctor and do these tests for you from the comfort of your home. Cue is a portable device that analyzes your health using blood, saliva or nasal fluid and sends the result to a smartphone via Bluetooth. The makers would like to get a beta version of this product to market sometime next year.

One of the reasons is that the company is still waiting for approval from the FDA, which should classify the device. Without this classification, the team cannot yet be sold in stores. So far, Cue can only measure the level of flu, inflammation, fertility, testosterone and Vitamin D. However, the developers are working with doctors on new types of tests, so it can be expected that the number of tests will be much larger in a year. The device should be sold for $220, which is approximately €165 including shipping. Test Cue uses different cartridges for each type of test. A pack of five cards should cost around €15. Cassettes intended for the detection of influenza should be sold in sets of three, which should cost around €22.
