GalaxyTabS-Main2_ICONSamsung took to the streets of New York and filmed a commercial in which they had people compare Samsung Galaxy Tab S with iPad Air from Apple. The new advertisement naturally also focuses on visual properties, in which the new Galaxy The Tab surpasses the iPad - i.e. in that it is thinner, lighter, has a higher-quality display with a higher resolution, and finally, the quality of the camera was also pointed out. Galaxy The Tab S offers an 8-megapixel camera with an LED flash, while the iPad Air offers a 5-megapixel camera without a flash.

In the ad we also learn that the iPad Air has almost a million fewer pixels, contributing to the 2048 x 1536 resolution, while the Galaxy Tab S has a resolution of 2560 × 1600. Finally, these factors convince the user why he should choose a tablet from Samsung and not a tablet from Apple, which at the beginning of the year was the lightest tablet on the market and at the same time one of the thinnest on the market. Samsung then ends the ad with words that are somewhat common for the company Apple: “Thinner. Brighter. Lighter.” Besides, he should Galaxy Tab S offers several software benefits, such as full-fledged multitasking and 11-hour battery life. We will of course take a look at the tablet in the near future and are already preparing a review of the 8.4-inch model where, among other things, we will compare Galaxy Tab S with its biggest competitor – iPad mini with Retina display.
