A device that no one knew about until a few months ago has been officially unveiled. The Samsung Gear VR, a virtual reality headset that Samsung developed in collaboration with the manufacturer of the older Oculus Rift headset, i.e. Oculus, appeared at Berlin's UNPACKED event alongside several other introduced devices, including the new flagship Galaxy Note 4, its version with a curved display Galaxy Note Edge or Gear S smart watch of the third generation.
Together with Gear VR, it is possible to immerse yourself in virtual reality with a full 360° view. Samsung will then take care of an excellent experience Galaxy The Note 4, which is absolutely necessary for this new product to work, must be inserted directly into the headset and only then can the Gear VR be used. After inserting the smartphone and then putting it on the head, the headset starts sending the necessary data, thanks to which everything works as it should. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the price, release date or availability in the Czech Republic/SR at the conference, but Samsung should provide this information in the near future.
