Samsung Gear LiveGoogle released an update Android Wear for Samsung Gear Live! Specifically, it is an update to version 4.4.W.1, which, according to the Californian company, brings improvements regarding navigation and adjustments regarding voice control. Android Wear 4.4.W.1 is currently only available for the Samsung Gear Live smartwatch, which is only a few months old, but it should spread to competing devices over time. Within a few weeks, Google should then introduce a larger update, thanks to which support for GPS and Bluetooth headphones should also work on the watch.

The Samsung Gear Live are getting their first software update since they were introduced 2 months ago. The watch itself then has a 1.63″ Super AMOLED display, a processor with a frequency of 1.2 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB of internal memory, a 300mAh battery and an IP67 certificate, which guarantees its dust resistance and waterproofness. The device can be purchased from the Google Play Store for $200, which translates to approximately CZK 4000 or 149 Euros.
