Platform Android Wear narrows another problem. Now, users of Samsung Gear Live watches and others may encounter an issue that may cause the app to shut down unexpectedly on the watch. The fault is the poor cooperation between the accelerometer and the pedometer, where the watch tries to work with the data obtained via the accelerometer and synchronizes this data with the pedometer. The problem thus mainly concerns fitness applications, although other applications may also encounter the problem.
There is currently only one solution for developers to get rid of this issue in their apps until Google looks into the issue and updates Android Wear. So far, the developers have found that the applications must be programmed so that they only give the user notifications after launch and only then give the user the opportunity to view the application in full resolution. This should prevent other apps from collecting accelerometer data, which will prevent the fitness app from crashing again.
