Samsung logoWhen it comes to hardware manufacturing, then you'd be hard-pressed to find competition for Samsung. The South Korean giant, which produces, among other things, processors for pre Apple, started producing its own Exynos processors a few years ago. But now Samsung is taking its interests to a higher level and, in addition to producing its own processors, it plans to enter the world of graphics chips as well. Samsung wants to focus only on the production of chips for mobile phones and tablets that will contain Exynos processors. These currently include ARM Mali graphics chips.

In connection with the future start of the production of graphics chips, Samsung hired experienced engineers from companies such as nVidia, AMD or Intel. In the end, people who have extensive experience in the development of graphics cards for computers and laptops will participate in the development of new graphics cards for Samsung. However, what impact this will have on the graphic performance of future devices, we will see in the coming years, when the first announcements will begin to surface. However, this will have a positive impact on Samsung's finances, as the company will reduce its dependence on other manufacturers and will not have to pay royalties for ARM Mali graphics chips. This could also please the shareholders, who will be able to count on a higher margin.
