Samsung Power Sharing cableSamsung today launched a new cable designed specifically for the transmission of electricity via the microUSB port. The Power Sharing Cable, as Samsung calls it, works on a very simple principle and allows users of select Samsung devices to share power with other accessories, such as the Gear, so you can instantly power them up if you're running low on them batteries and you have no space to charge them.

The Power Sharing cable from Samsung is here just for these cases, and customers can expect a cable with a microUSB port on both ends for $20. However, one is used for the export of electricity and the other for the change for import, while these two ports are highlighted. As a result, users will always know how to connect this cable correctly. Samsung warns that this cable will not allow you to charge your devices to 100%, but it serves as a useful addition in case you need to supply your main device with electricity and there is no outlet available. For functionality, you then need to download the free Power Sharing application, available in the Samsung Apps and Google Play stores. In it, the user can then determine how much energy he wants to share with the other device - thanks to which he can be sure that the second device will not consume the entire phone battery. As such, the cable is compatible with the devices Galaxy S5, Galaxy Tab S, Galaxy Alpha, Galaxy Avant a Galaxy Notes 4.
