Samsung S GearBattery life is one of the main things that differentiates the Gear S watch (and all smart watches in general) from the classic ones. While those can last for several months or years on one battery, you won't get the Gear S more than 2 days on a single charge, just like the Gear 2 or Gear 2 Neo. And exactly this aspect appears to be a problem for potential buyers and later owners, charging the watch more or less every day is not exactly ideal, and what if you forget about it?

However, Samsung is fully aware of the consumption of a watch with 512 MB of RAM and a dual-core processor with a clock speed of 1.0 GHz, and the built-in 300mAh battery is extended by an additional battery with a capacity of 350 mAh, which is located in the charger. In addition to the mentioned hardware, the Gear S will also offer 4 GB of internal storage, a curved 2″ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 360x480 pixels, a SIM card slot, waterproof and dust resistance at the IP67 level and the Tizen operating system, which will also be equipped with GPS support integrated Here maps from Nokia. The Samsung Gear S smart watch will be available in the Czech Republic during October, at a price of CZK 9.
