Samsung Rugby 4Despite what it seems, push-button phones aren't completely out yet. And even the legendary flippers, which gained popularity thanks to the movie Martix, are not out yet. We rarely see flip phones these days, but when we look at them, these phones still have something going for them. The surprise is that such phones are still popular in several foreign countries, and some of them are also manufactured by Samsung, which we could see already this year, when it introduced a flip-up smartphone with a touch screen. Anyway, that's not the only "Cap" from Samsung this year.

Now the Samsung Rugby 4 has been announced, which is the direct successor to the Rugby III model from 2012. Due to the absence of the word Galaxy it is already clear that it will not be a smartphone, but a classic "dumb" phone. Rugby 4 has a slightly hidden word "Rugged" in its name, which indicates its reinforced construction. The phone is durable and not only has an IP67 certificate for resistance to water and dust, but also meets the MIL-STD-810G standard exactly as Galaxy S5 Active. Thanks to this, the phone is resistant to stronger impacts or at low pressure or at high altitudes. The Samsung Rugby 4 model is also the first model in the series to support WiFi connectivity. Finally, the phone offers a built-in compass and AT&T Navigator turn-by-turn navigation. The phone will go on sale for the time being only at the US operator AT&T on 10.10.2014/270/100 at a price of $XNUMX without a contract or $XNUMX with a two-year contract.
