Samsung WaveIt was 2010 and Samsung was releasing its new line of smartphones called the Samsung Wave. It had one unique feature – it was equipped with the South Korean company's own operating system, which at the time was called "Bada" and could be described as the predecessor of today's Tizen, as it served as an alternative to the just-expanding Androidu. The Samsung Wave series itself could then be compared to today's Galaxy Alpha and series Galaxy And, for its time, it had really good hardware, and in addition, in combination with the metal construction, these smartphones seemed rather premium.

However, the Samsung Wave has recently become popular with developers due to its own Bada operating system (Bada means "ocean" in Korean, which explains the use of the name "Wave", ed.), with a developer nicknamed volk2014 decided to release a custom ROM that brings the latest so far to the Samsung Wave and Samsung Wave II Android 4.4.4. KitKat. The so-called OmniROM is said to be fully functional, but if you are planning a Bada projectAndroid to use and flash a ROM to your Wave device, you should know that the phone will not support conference calls, the battery indicator may not tell the truth, and the 2G connection will also sometimes not work perfectly. However, the project is still in the "alpha" phase of development and all the mentioned problems should be eliminated over time. You can find OmniROM for download in the link below the image.
