Many photographers were certainly interested in the latest camera from the Samsung workshop. When we first heard about it, the release date was set for last month. However, when he ran all over, the camera was nowhere to be found and disappointment set in. However, Samsung did what it could and released it today, adding that it will also be discounted due to Black Friday in America. As you might have guessed, the Samsung NX1 is currently only available in the US, and we in Europe will have to wait. Here in Slovakia, even hope that it will come to our market as well.
On paper, the NX1 looks tempting as it can shoot 4K video, the sensor is 28.2 MPx with fantastic APS-X CMOS technology. If you are interested in the new technology, you can read more in our review. Specifications also include 15fps continuous shooting, a 3" SuperAMOLED display, NFC, Wi-Fi and a respectable 205 focus points. The price will depend on the specifications and the camera body will be priced at $1,500 while the price will be more expensive with the lens and will reach the price of $2,800.
Finally, an interesting note, Samsung is preparing a film called "In a City", which will be shot entirely with this camera. The cinematographer will be Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
