Although it may seem that the relationship between the two companies is not so bad due to the cooperation regarding the supply of components, after looking at the amounts involved in the lawsuits, perhaps everyone will realize that the term "war" is more than adequate.
These sums include USD 930 million, which Apple is suing Samsung for infringing its patents. Samsung appealed against the judgment, according to which it has to pay the mentioned money, and with the help of a total of 27 legal experts, it prepared for today's appeal court. According to Apple, the South Korean giant only wants to delay an already clear matter, but it is still impossible to say with certainty how the court will ultimately turn out. Next to that, it leads by almost a billion dollars Apple and Samsung have yet another patent dispute over the less than $120 million it has Apple for patent infringement, but Samsung also filed an appeal against this ruling.
