TizenAs it seems according to the latest information, after countless delays, Samsung has finally decided to release its first smartphone with the Tizen operating system, which the South Korean company is developing itself. It is called the Samsung Z1 and comes with Tizen version 2.3, a 4″ PLS TFT display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels, a dual-core processor with a clock speed of 1.2 GHz, 768 MB of RAM, 4 GB of internal memory expandable via MicroSD, 3G connectivity and a battery with a capacity of 1500 mAh . The rear camera is equipped with a 3MPx sensor, the front camera has a VGA resolution.

On the software side, Tizen 2.3 comes with some of the features we know from Samsung Galaxy device. In the Samsung Z1, we can find, for example, Ultra Power Saving Mode, but also offline web browsing, offline maps and Auto Selfie mode. The device has so far only been released for the Indian market, but there was talk earlier about its availability in Russia or Europe, but it is not yet clear how Samsung will arrange it in the end.
