Bratislava, January 12, 2015 – Samsung Electronics Czech and Slovak announces the start of sales of the long-awaited smartphone GALAXY Note Edge on the Slovak market. By combining the improved S Pen, an extra-large and unique display of top quality, it provides GALAXY Note Edge is a unique and powerful communication tool for its users.
Samsung GALAXY Note Edge will be sold in Slovakia during February exclusively in Samsung branded stores in Bratislava (Bory Mall, Central), Košice (Aupark) and Nitra (CENTRO) for a suggested retail price of €839 including VAT.

GALAXY Note Edge has an exceptional 5,6-inch Quad HD+ (2560×1440+160) Super AMOLED display, which conveys a cleaner and brighter image with deeper contrast, better viewing angles and a very fast response in the order of millionths of a second. GALAXY Note Edge is another landmark in the perception of a smart mobile device. It provides its users with very fast access to information thanks to unique curved screen, on which the most used applications, notifications and functions are constantly displayed, even when the protective cover is closed - everything is accessible only by placing the thumb. All important notifications are also shown to the user on the screen edge screen display while watching videos without disturbing them.
The large screen makes it possible thanks to the function Multi Windows do more than one thing at the same time. The user chooses whether he wants to open a specific application in full screen, in half of it, or as a pop-up window, and also easily moves individual windows around the screen with a finger or a pen.
Samsung GALAXY The Note Edge also offers an advanced capture system that ensures clearer and cleaner photos and videos. 16 megapixel the rear camera is equipped with the Smart Optical Image Stabilizer function, which compensates for shaking and automatically extends the exposure in low light. The front camera offers resolution 3.7 megapixels with f1.9 and allows shooting from an angle of 90° and a wide angle of view up to 120°. The user will appreciate this when taking group selfies.
A wide selection of advanced functions opens up new possibilities for users. As well as GALAXY Note 4 offers 'fast charging' features Fast Charging a extreme energy saving mode, has several microphones and an improved speaker, an improved fingerprint sensor for personal data protection, or UV sensor.
