Samsung tablet Galaxy Tab SLess than a year ago, Samsung launched its premium tablet with the name Galaxy The Tab S. It is characterized by its unique Super AMOLED display and, among other things, by its thinness, which is just over 6,5 millimeters, while on the North American American market its sales were primarily undertaken by four gigantic sellers - Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and Sprint. However, unlike the other three, Verizon sold and still sells only one variant of the device, namely Galaxy Tab S 10.5. Therefore, its smaller version 8.4 as presented by Verizon never existed, was never released, and certainly was never intended for sale.

However, the impossible happened to one American customer. Docchaos from XDA-Forums was able to purchase this non-existent device from a dealer for $99 (2400 CZK, 85 Euros) as part of a phone exchange offered to him by a Verizon Wireless dealer. When Docchaos later shared his experience with the world, he revealed that Verizon Galaxy The Tab S unsurprisingly offers a Snapdragon SoC type processor instead of an Exynos processor, otherwise we will not find any other major changes on the Verizon version. Anyway, the New Jersey seller has a lot to do now, after all, let's face it, something like selling non-existent devices probably shouldn't happen to such a giant.
